Good morning :)
Since I never know what to have for breakfast in the mornings, I thought I'd compile a list of breakfast ideas:
For a light breakfast go for:
- Granola bars
- Fruit salads
- Yoghurt and fruits
- The classic cereal and milk
For a "heavier" breakfast go for:
- Muffins (savory or sweet), scones, croissants, bagels, rusks, breads and other baked goodness
- Breakfast pancakes can be dressed up in sweet or savory, decorate your pancakes with cheese, eggs, bacon or with fruits, cream and syrup
- Eggs allow for many breakfast options, from fried eggs on toast to scrambled eggs on a bagel
- In your breakfast spread include some jam, butter, avocado, fruits, nuts and whatever else tickles your fancy
Breakfast drinks are a lot less complicated than deciding what to have for breakfast. Tea and coffee are always the best hot drink alternatives and water and juice being the cold drink option.
